Jo D asked: My teeth are yes, white, I’ve always had a slight amount of staining on my teeth and I rarely use any whitening products.
I have made some changes in my diet lately though…
I take Cod Liver oil, and Reishi Mushroom supplements daily.
I avoid microwaved foods and have switched to oven use instead.
I eat less processed sugar, less processed foods, meats.
I have started eating more fruit, seeds vegetables and honey.
Ironically, I have stopped using tooth paste, after understanding such a con Fluoride (Sodium Fluoride) is and how it neurologically damaging and how it is in everything from dental products to processed foods and put in tap water, I’ve thrown away my Fluoride products.
(By the way Fluoride usualy means Sodium Fluoride, people usually missinfo Sodium Fluoride as Calcium Fluoride which does accure naturally in well water and is a rock mineral, where as Sodium Fluoride is a by-product of nuclear and aluminium manufacturing. Search it all up for yourself. Regardless of “studies” and “results” it is a toxin for the body and harms it durasticaly in multiple ways.)
Any way, what do you believe to be the cause for my pearly whites?
I’m authentic caucasian, so I doubt my skin color would help, Reishi if I remember right contains calcium, I could be ingesting it from that naturally.
No, I do brush and floss my teeth, I just don’t use toothpaste. Would appreciate some input, not a voice out remark… thankyou.
Well the problem with Sodium Fluoride is not how much you take, but the fact that it accumulates in the body and attaches itself to curtain substances within your body. A toxin is toxin none the less, you can overdose on sugar or caffeine but their not considered toxins.
Would you be taking small amounts of Mercury?
I’ve also heard from one other person that it is no longer used in water, I hope that’s the case but I have seen no sources ‘confirming it’
