I’m looking for a good product to whiten my teeth for a cheap price but not harm them. I don’t want to bleach them because I heard it is really bad for the enamel of your teeth.

Also it has to be available in like a common store like walgreens, or something cuz i can’t shop online. oh ya i forgot to ask is the crest whitening strips that makes your teeth very sensitive a big problem? and does it have a long term effect?

I purchased the AquaFresh Whitening Trays and it says once a day for 30-45 minutes for 7 days. I was wondering if anyone knew if there would be any pros/cons to perhaps using it once in the morning and once at night? Would it whiten quicker? Damage my teeth?

I have white teeth but I want to make them like bleach white. I got my braces off 2 months ago and I always brush my teeth 2 times a day because that’s the only times I can get a chance to. I chew lots of gum that claim to whiten your teeth, and I notice a small changes in my shade of white. I was wondering if whitening strips really fasten process up?
