Crest white stips actually work at a fraction of the cost that a dentist would charge. My dentist actually recommended them to me and they work.

Do your homework on the different methods. Some of them strip away the enamel which you’ll pay for later on in life.
Consider getting your teeth professionally cleaned and polished instead.
