    I never heard such thing, however, I wouldn’t recommend you to use any type of teeth whitening system while you have the brackets on. Your teeth could end up with two different shades.

    Baking soda will dissolve orthodontic glue. It’s best just to avoid whitening toothpastes until they’re off.

    Please aks ur dentist. The whitening stuff is not that good for ur teeth it can cause sensitivity.
