Don’t do that. That stuff is abrasive and harsh. You’ll damage the enamel on your teeth.

Just follow the directions. Try using Crest Whitening Strips, they work pretty good but it takes at least two weeks to notice a difference, however, you will notice.

It’s probably best to follow directions, since the chemicals in the whitening stuff can cause irritation to your gums and sensitivity to teeth (some people have more problems with this than others)

It works to weaken enamel, so think twice.

PROLLY NOT MUCH BUT USE IT EVERYDAY TWICE A DAY FOR 2 WEKS AND ULL DEFIANETLY SEE RESULTS. REGULAR CREST WHITE STRIPS WORK GREAT AND U CAN USUALLY FIND A COUPON INT THE PAPER FOR $5 OFF.

Probably will increase whiteness, but you can damage the porcelin layer on your teeth if you over do it !! Even the Dentists that perform whitening procedures will say the same.

I’m not a dentist or hygentist, but I believe I’ve been told if you keep it on for too long, you could actually damage the enamel of your teeth and make them very sensitive.. I’d follow directions, personally.

JEEZ didnt you learn anythimg from the soap friends? when ross bleached his teeth and the glowed in the dark! If it says 5 mins, put it on for 10mins MAX, thats TWICE as long, you have put it on for 6 times the recommended time, set by dentists!

DO NOT leave them on longer than suggested. It is very painful, you will notice it the first time you try to eat after removing the trays.

well on the packet that I have it says do not leave it on there longer than 5 minutes, so If I were you I wouldn’t do that, it probably will make your teeth weaker, and sensitive.
