They cause great damage to your teeth. I have a friend that used one and lost a tooth because the kit had weakened her teeth so bad that the enamal had been stripped right off. If you really want your teeth whitened go to your dentist. It may be more expensive but is definitly cheaper in the long run. Please do not use a home whitening kit. All you have to do is go to the dentist and ask for it, it is reasonably priced. All it is, is the dentist makes you retainers and you go home, put whitening gel in them and wear them for half and hour. I had massive stains on my teeth and now my friends call me Whitey, lol.
