Gargle Peroxide.

Don't swallow though. And if this sounds crazy if you would just read the ingredients in whitening toothepaste you would realize that alot of toothepastes have peroxide..

You could also make a mixture of baking soda and water and brush your teeth with it.

You could also use a wash cloth with toothepaste and scrub instead of a toothebrush.

You know what really works for alot cheaper, baking soda and peroxide I usually just mix baking soda with water yuor gonna have to brush for 3-5 minutes though but thats better than an hour of whitestrips or i use baking soda with a little lemon juice i did this twice aday for 3 days and got even better results than Crest whitestrips
Use baking soda with your toothpaste and brush normally. Rinse it away with water afterwards.
Gargle with a small capful of peroxide and rinse thoroughly with water after brushing your teeth.
