most dentists have one hour whitening. and some dentist have products that are used by getting a mold of your mouth. if you want someting really effective i suggest you see your dentist asap.

The best way I got my teeth whitened was by getting some whitening gel from my dentist. It worked great and pretty fast. Can be a little pricey though, but nothing store bought worked for me.

hi ! well i used a toothpast 2x a week called depurdent and it worked great for me not sure if its available in your country. there is always these treatments that dont cost much and give great results. i oly did it once but it was too good that i didnt want to get used to it so i stopped lol.
