How does an inexperienced person answer the usual interview questions?

I have an interview in two days and I am so nervous and stressed. I have been searching endlessly for ways for an inexperienced person to answer interview questions and all of these websites say to mention skills (I’m great with people: friendly..idk what else), and past job experiences. How do I say I’m not so experienced without giving my job to someone else? Oh yeah, the job is to whiten teeth at a smileBright location. Any answers specific to that would be great.
