you can usually buy grillz at mall kiosks. umm whiten your teeth with crest white strips, they are like $30 they work, and your dentist doesn;t get mad for you using them either.

as i know it causes 20K in pesos up.. and its similar to teeth cleaning but after the teeth is exposed to a certain light which then makes the teeth so white. the whitening last within 2-3 years.

It costs different prices depending on where you go. But, the cheapest method (it will take a little while) I know of is to gargle with hydrogen peroxide. It costs about 50 cent a bottle. It would save you a lot of money.
