Is teeth whitening at home bad for you?

The dentist will charge about 300 euro which is a bit pricey but at least I know a pro is doing it. What about the teeth whiteners you can buy on line, are they any good? Or is it true what the dentists say that they aren’t as effective or may even be damaging to do it yourself.

They are fine. they have less strength compare to the one that they use in dental offices but they are much cheaper and they work fine. if you didn’t see the result that you are looking for, then spend the money in a dentist office. if you felt any sensitivity, stop using it and give your teeth a break.

Either way you can injure your gums. There are risks with tooth whiteners. Make sure you know what they are whether you whiten your teeth at home or your dentist’s. Many people feel pain for many hours up to a couple of days after or more also. Nurse Kindheart
