I had braces for 6 years…yeah a long time I know. OK so I’ve tried Crest whitestrips AND Rembrandt 2-Hour Whitening, and nothing seems to work! It’s not that my teeth are dirty, they’re just yellow. Is there any option besides going to the dentist to pay all the money to have them professionally whitened? If you have an idea could you please include full instructions? Thanks so much!
Do you put water with the baking soda? And how much do you use? Sorry for sounding so rude…I’m desperate.

try using baking soda instead of a toothpaste

basically nothing is going to work other than expensive work from your dentist! be happy with what you have

well zoom is about 350 dollars and is a good investment.. works great I think my teeth glowed in the dark. . instead of wasting 20 dollars here and there just save for it.. its worth it.. its your smile… I had braces too ,… kind of a celebration of getting them off.. really makes your smile bright

There is a toothpaste made my arm and hammer..Peroxicare..brush 3 times a day..(i know, its alot) then when you go to get your teeth cleaned, you can ask for a little sample of the gritty stuff they use on your teeth..use that a couple times a week and i guarantee you that your teeth will improve. I had braces for 5 years and had the same prob. Also, use Crest White strips on top of all that. Get the premium kind. Good luck!

O.k. you said that you tried Crest White Strips. Did you use them correctly? Did you make sure you kep them on for 30 minutes? If so, I would try brushing my teeth with baking soda and peroxide. make sure that you do not swollow. Rinse, repeatedly. You will see results in about a week.
