I need to whiten my teeth! Can you suggest a good whitening product that has worked for you??

Thanks
Thanks!

I’ve been using the Sonicare toothbrush for 4 months, but so far haven’t noticed a big change.

Whatever you do, do not bleach your teeth. It destroys your enamel. I used Crest total care and in about 2 weeks my teeth where very noticiablly whiter.

britesmile. ( ) it’s fairly expensive but they are running a special now for under 300. i did it in 2004 and my teeth are still phenomonally white! well worth it if you can afford it.

btw- my teeth are also perfectly healthy. i dont think dentists would do things to teeth to ruin them.

I use Pearl Drops tooth paste which is quite good. I have also bought home whitening kits off Ebay and they really worked! :-D

In Arab countries, they have this thing called miswak–it’s a small stick from a tree which they rub against their teeth. It disinfects, cleans and whitens. Try looking for it at exotic shops in your place.

All i used was toothpaste with Baking soda (what i used when i was younger) in it it worked great!!! and if that doesnt work than try crest teeth whitning strips that disolve in your mouth…!!!

Crest whitening strips..My dentist claims that I had my teeth whitened professionally. I just put them on before my shower and take them off after im done, that way it doesn’t bother me not to eat or drink while I have them on.

To tell you the truth, it doesn’t take much to whiten your teeth. The way I whighten is by mixing 1/2 tsp. salt and water. It makes them cleaner, whiter and healthier! Try it out!

okay i don’t know about what you should use but you can bleach your teeth by a dentist. You can use whitening strips. You can switch toothbrushes (Ora pure or toothbrushes such as those) you can use act or switch toothpaste. I recommend something that fights bad breath, plaque, cavities, gingivitis and stuff like that oh it has to be teeth whitening too.

White strips work just fine. You can even get the cheap ones and you will notice results. I know they work because I have two veneers (porcelain caps) that can’t be whitened. So I can easily tell shades. I find that I need to stop using the strips cause every tooth gets too white compared to the veneers. Try to stay away from colored drinks too, coffee, soda, etc.

I found Crest Night Effects (Premium) work for me but you need patients cause you put it on before you sleep and takes a few weeks. But if you have a dentist they do a whiting procedure and it is fast and really only runs you about 70 bucks if you want a fast solution. To help you maintain your white use Listerine whiting formula with the original after brushing:)
