both are the same really
zoom is about 300.00 depending on your location
the results should last for about 5 yrs depending on how much coffee tea wine you drink and if you smoke

zoom is the best but it is expensive. It is gentle to teeth than any other method.

I tried zoom awhile back and it was great, but expensive!

None of them worked for me. I’m using teeth whitening toothpaste plus a product which I found recently and they work like a charm for me. I’m using crest teeth whitening toothpaste. Also if you’re interested in the product which helped me a lot, you can have a look at the blog below:
