I just took off my braces, and I want an effective and cheaper way to whiten my teeth. Can somebody help me? And how long I will start seeing results?

i tried the crest white strips once and they really worked…thing is, i have sensitive teeth and it got pretty bad…there are different levels of the strips, so to avoid sensitivity, probably try the lowest level…ir ur really desperate, get the platinum ones

yes there are but according to my dentist friend, some tooth
whitening can cause teeth to become thinner.

Hmmm…..This is a very cheap way to whiten your teeth but most people would rather go out and buy some fancy product in the store. Baking soda and hydrogen peroxide work very well in cleaning and whitening your teeth. You won’t get results over night but your teeth will feel great and start looking whiter. I have a recipe for it from a dentist.
Dilute 3% hydrogen peroxide half and half with water and mix with baking soda to make a thick creamy paste. (if you are on a salt restricted diet, use epson salt instead of soda) Brush teeth with mixture then rinse mouth with warm water.
I know it doesn’t taste good but sometimes we have to suffer for beauty!!

Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen peroxide and
are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural
tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries
but certain precautions have to be taken.
