What are some home treatment for teeth whitening?

i dont want to go to the dentist to get my teeth whitened, when there is some way to just do it at home. I have hear that you can you proxid but i am not sure is there a better way?

    Tooth paste and toothbrush. but baking soda and peroxide paste is good. Just don’t swallow it!

    Well a good thing to do is buy some nice “Whitening” toothpaste. Brush with that 2 or 3 times daily, and after a period of time, you should start to see your teeth shading become whiter.

    You can use peroxide I guess, but I haven’t had much luck with that. I’ve tried WhiteStrips and those didn’t work great for me either.

    Baking soda works for some people, but its not that strong. I’ve been using a product called Movie Star Look and it works GREAT. The best thing is, I found a link where you can try it for free, check it out:
