What is the best drugstore teeth whitening system?

I have never tried to whiten my teeth before. They are not horribly stained, just a little yellow. I want something that is easy to use but effective. Any suggestions? I don’t know if strips or tray or those rub on gels are best

There is no product out there that is good, just get it done by the dentist
