No one’s teeth are naturally white. They are different shades of white so you can never really get 100% white teeth. But there are products which can help you remove stains and give your teeth a cleaner look.
The best way is to go to a dentist and pay for a teeth whitening treatment. But that is generally reserved for people who have badly stained teeth or people who have had their braces recently removed.

For an average person, there are several solutions available in the market. The most popular are whitening strips. They are popular because they are the easiest to apply. But they may not be the most effective. I tried out strips but they didn’t work for me because they kept coming off, and they take way too long to make an affect.

I resorted to using baking soda and bleach but it was too painful.

The best solution I have come across is the teeth whitening tips. It’s the closest thing to what the dentist use. It’s a powder you apply on your teeth using tips, which removes stains and such. I used it for a week with good results

Bleaching using the commercial teeth whitening gels is one of the cheaper and more convenient way. But you must see a dentist for advise whether your teeth are suitable for the procedure. Some people have prominent fillings or crowns which will stay the same color after the treatment and will suddenly look unsuitable, others may have sensitivities to some of the chemicals used.

Lemon juice, baking soda or baking powder can also be used for teeth whitening. Strawberries are natural teeth whiteners, simply rub them directly on your teeth or mash into a paste and apply. Apple cider vinegar can also be used for teeth whitening.

You may want to start by speaking with your dentist. He or she can tell you whether whitening procedures would be effective for you. Whiteners may not correct all types of discoloration. For example, yellow-ish hued teeth will probably bleach well, brownish-colored teeth may bleach less well, and grayish-hued teeth may not bleach well at all. Likewise, bleaching may not enhance your smile if you have had bonding or tooth-colored fillings placed in your front teeth. The whitener will not affect the color of these materials, and they will stand out in your newly whitened smile. In these cases, you may want to investigate other options, like porcelain veneers or dental bonding.

-At-home bleaching
-Whitening toothpastes

HI , Dazzle White is a great teeth whitener; I tried it a while ago and it really works. All the other ones I tried(a few) didn’t really work too good. and plus they tasted nasty.
