Just brush reguarly. Anything else will make your teeth really sensitive and won’t be able to eat anything at an extreme temperature. (ie coffee, ice cream)

If you need an inexpensive method, Arm and Hammer Baking soda works well. Just pour a little in your hand, wet your toothbrush and then dip the toothbrush into the arm and hammer and brush your teeth with it. Afterwards you’ll still need to brush your teeth with toothpaste to freshen your breath. It works really well.

Not all Teeth Whitening products as they claim so. I am speaking from my personal experience and some systems can also harm your teeth in a long run. Over the counter options to teeth whitening are okay but never the best. If your prepared to pay $15 to $20 for something sub standard then you really should be looking at the better products on the online market.
They actually do a better job than the over the counter ones and are more powerful but just as safe.
