What is the best teeth whitening system?

I have used the film kind- not a fan of those.
Which has worked best for you? Even a whitening toothpaste is fine.

any drugstore kind doesn’t really have enough peroxide to do anything other than a superficial brightening.
in order to really get your teeth white, you may want to consider a system ordered through your dentist. one in particular, night white, is really good. it is made by a company called discus dental. your dentist will make custom-fit trays for your teeth and then you inject the little syringes of peroxide into the trays and wear them either overnight or just for a few hours (there are different levels of peroxide).
just be careful when you clean the little gel trays for your teeth — don’t use scalding hot water (i did, i thought i was sterilising them!) … they will shrivel up and deform and you’ll need to get another set made, and they aren’t cheap!

Get some of the stuff from BriteSmile. I’m telling you, it works great!
It’s easy on sensitive teeth. I can tell you that from experience.
Their toothpaste works really well, especially if you use it regularly.
The mouthwash doesn’t have any alcohol and is therefore really mild on sensitive teeth.
Didn’t hurt me one bit.

I never really believed that typical teeth strips or tips would work… I’m skeptical when it comes to just about everything. But one day my detist friend recommended the Teeth Whiten Tips. I told him I didn’t believe they would work. But then he re-assured me that they do and if they don’t the company will take them back at no charge! Once I heard that I had no choice but to try them out.
Once I started using them, In about 6 days I noticed a difference. My teeth were getting whiter and my smile was looking brighter =)
