I use Crest Whitening Strips and have for years and I am always satisfied. I also use Crest Vivid White tooth paste after I finish the whitening process to boost the color and to even everything out. I use this about twice a year, usually after I get my teeth cleaned by the dentist. I also suggest you invest in an electric tooth brush, this will help naturally whiten your teeth and keep them white.

The cons to this is you do experience some teeth sensitivity. I use Fluoride tooth paste from the dentist to help with this. You can also get lines and and spots on your teeth, this is why I use Vivid White tooth paste to even everything out.

The pros are you get whiter teeth with in a few days and everyone notices! Completely worth all the work!

Good Luck!~

Crest whitestrips. they are a bit of a hassle sometimes but yo uget the hang of it .
use sensodyne, because whitestrips might make your tooth enamel and gums or whatever sensitive.

I have used Crest White Strips with great results. I would recommend getting some de-sensitizing toothpaste (like Sensodyne) because most tooth whitening systems will make your teeth sensitive.
